The Ceremony

Cathedral Beach

Yosemite National Park

Sunday | September 20, 2026 | 5:30 PM

A Note on the Journey: We met on a hiking trail, so it’s only fitting we exchange our vows with our boots on. We’ll be wearing formal attire paired with hiking boots, a nod to the path that brought us here.

Your Attire: We want you to enjoy Yosemite in whatever makes you comfortable. Whether you want to go Full Black Tie or Trail-Ready Hiking Gear, all are welcome. Just remember: we’ll be on the sand at the river’s edge!

Make a Day of It

A river with a sandy bank, surrounded by evergreen trees, with a large granite cliff in the background on a clear sunny day.

We hope you'll join us! RSVP here to let us know you're coming!

We highly recommend entering the park early in the morning to beat the rush. Yosemite is one of the most beautiful places in the country, and we want you to experience it fully. Traffic and entry lines at the gate can be significant (sometimes 1–2 hours), and parking in the Valley fills up fast.

Pro-Tips for your day in the Valley:

  • Fuel Up: If you need a break from exploring, there are plenty of coffee, restaurant, and bar options at both the Yosemite Valley Lodge and Curry Village while you wait for the ceremony. These places also have nicer restrooms if you need to freshen up or change.

  • Getting Around: There is a convenient, reliable shuttle service in the park if parking is hard to find.

  • Things to do: Yosemite is a very developed and accessible park. Hiking is the best way to fill your time, but there are also many other options HERE. Many people enjoy the 2 hour open-air tram tour of the Valley floor.

  • The Plan: Sarah and Kenny will be out in the park taking photos throughout the afternoon. We will meet you all at Cathedral Beach at 5:30 PM sharp to say "I do."
